You will need a set of office plans drawn to scale, these plans should not only show your proposed new layout but also if required, show any modifications that need to be done to your current office layout, all joinery such as reception counters, kitchens and boardrooms will need to be shown in detail. A scope of works for your office fitout

A set of plans is of very little value if there is not a description of the works to be carried out accompanying them. A scope of works should dictate exactly what is required such as; what type of office partitions are being installed, what works are required to essential services such as fire protection and some seldom thought of items such as what category data cabling is being installed, cat 5e, 6 or even 7... to name a few? If your contractors are not told exactly what is required in the fitout quote you may not get your office fitout at the original quoted price.
